ORDER

We have taken a great deal of time in this matter but we have no answer to the question as to whether the Revenue preferred a special leave petition against the order of the High Court in I.T. A. No. 110/1984 which it had rejected by an order dated 23rd October, 1986 and which order it followed in the order under challenge.

The appeal is dismissed.
