JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Vaidyanathan, learned counsel for the CBI, states that the CBI shall require about 8 weeks more to complete the investigation List after 10 weeks.

2. In the meantime the Registry shall make available to Dr. Dhawan, learned Amicus Curiae, copies of both reports of the Chairman, Board of Revenue, State of U.P., so that he may examine the same and tell us on the next date of hearing which of the parties before us. If any, is adversely affected by these reports. Upon the basis of his statement we can, on the next date of hearing decide to whom copies of these reports should be disclosed.

3. For the moment, the report of the Lokayukt (disclosed in W.P. (C) No. 529/98) shall be kept under seal.

4. The learned Amicus Curiae shall also be furnished by learned counsel for NOIDA such particulars as he may require, as also additional documents, as arise out of the affidavit to be filed by NOIDA as indicated to us today. That affidavit shall be filed within one week.

5. All copies of affidavits and/or other documents filed by any of the parties to these proceedings shall hereafter be made available to the learned Amicus Curiae by the Registry immediately upon their being filed.

6. Learned counsel for the 8th respondent has fairly stated that he is already in possession of a copy of the report of the Lokayukt, having been officially supplted the same by the State Government.

7. List after 10 weeks.

8. I.A. No. 8 shall also be listed on that day.
