Y.K. Sabharwal, J. - The matter has been mentioned by Mr.Gopal Subramaniam, learned amicus curiae. He submits that the counsel for the dealers of petrol pumps and other agencies are in the process of discussing the points with him so that appropriate brief submissions/synopsis may be filed in terms of the directions already issued. It is submitted that the process will take some time and it is not likely to be completed by 25th April, 2005 the date on which the matter is scheduled to come up. List the matter for directions on 19th July, 2005. 2. Learned amicus curiae can make it clear to the parties and their counsel that if objections by the dealers are not filed by first week of May, 2005, they will lose the right to file the same. .
