ORDER

M.B. Shah, J. - Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. These petitions are filed for transfer of appeals filed by the various corporations and which are pending in different High Courts to the High Court of Delhi or to this Court for their final disposal. At this stage except the learned counsel for Andhra Pradesh Transmission Company, learned counsel appearing on behalf of rest of the respondents agree that the matters may be disposed of by one High Court, namely, the High Court of Delhi. They also submit that considering the important question involved pertaining to the Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998, let it be decided by a Division Bench of the High Court.

3. Considering the facts of the case, particularly, the provisions of the Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998 the prayer is granted and all the petitions mentioned above are allowed and the following matters pending in different High Courts are transferred to the High Court of Delhi for their final disposal by a Division Bench:

4. All the relevant records of the above matters may please be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi for appropriate orders.
