2. One of the Members of the Committee, Mrs. Nirmal Bhatnagar, has addressed a letter dated 12th April, 2005 to the Registrar of this Court seeking extension of time and certain other directions such as the requirement of a stenographer and other facilities, including funds. The same would apply to the other member of the committee as well, namely, the petitioner. Respondent No.2 would ensure that requisite facilities and funds are made available as per directions already made. The required report be submitted by the committee by 15th July, 2005. Other affidavits may also be filed by the said date.
